This is a qualitative bibliographic study based on the analysis of national and international scientific publications. The results indicate that bullying is associated with significant consequences, such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and learning difficulties, highlighting the need for institutional prevention and intervention strategies. It is concluded that addressing bullying should involve the entire school community, promoting inclusive educational practices and respect for diversity.
