Advertising Policy

RSV Journal adopts a strict, ethical, and carefully supervised advertising policy designed to safeguard scientific integrity, editorial independence, and the quality of the reader experience.

All decisions regarding the acceptance of advertisements are the sole responsibility of the editorial board and remain entirely independent from editorial decisions concerning manuscript evaluation, acceptance, or rejection. Under no circumstances does advertising influence the editorial process.

Permitted Types of Advertising

1. Institutional Announcements
Promotion of activities organized or endorsed by the journal, including Calls for Papers, special issue launches, academic events supported by the journal, and communications of interest to authors, reviewers, and readers.

2. Scientifically Relevant Advertising
Advertisements for products, services, or events of clear relevance to the academic and scientific community, such as conferences, symposia, data analysis software, academic books, and research funding opportunities. All third-party advertising undergoes rigorous evaluation to ensure relevance, credibility, and alignment with the journal’s scope.

Advertising will never be displayed in a manner that interferes with editorial content or website navigation. All advertisements are clearly identified as such, maintaining a distinct visual separation between editorial content and promotional material.

The journal does not accept advertisements that may be misleading, lack scientific foundation, or promote products or services without demonstrated relevance to its readership.
